I typically ask for 2 weeks to make sure I can get supplies. 

I teach several classes a month both baking and cooking.  Macaron and Royal Icing are my most popular and fill up fast.  In person classes are held at Crane's L&M Appliance Store on Bay Rd. Right now I am also holding virtual classes through Zoom and Virtual birthday parties!

I started my business after I was on Masterchef Jr at 11 and then on Bake It Like Buddy at 13.  I have demonstrated in several states and on several national and local stages. I do lots of testing and researching before I post a class for teaching.  Come with an open mind to have some fun and learn some new tips and even if you don't you have some tasty treats or dinner to enjoy after!  You can Bring Your Own Adult Beverage to classes too!
